Welcome to the Buffalo-Erie-Niagara Citizen Corps Council

Citizen Corps is FEMA's grassroots strategy to bring together government and community leaders to involve citizens in all-hazards emergency preparedness and resilience. By bringing together interested organizations into one regional Citizen Corps Council, we hope to freely share programmatic materials and experiences to achieve the common objective of making our region as well prepared as possible.
